rouge's last upgrade is the iron boots, its effect is to break metal boxes, and it is found in rouges space mission, but i can't remember it, and i have a really bad connection, so i think if i look it up, i won't be able to answer

according to level it is mystic melody, found in dry oasis, which allows for the random altar effects for completing level c missionsaccording to story it is the pick nail, which allows rouge to dig almost anywhere, and it is found in egg chamber

according to level, the pick nails which allow rouge to dig, found in egg chamberaccording to story with a little level part in it for back tracking, it is the sight scope, which allows rouge to see invisible items, not recommended for beating the story though
