To me, the hardest boss was deffinatly spirit doku on master ninja, i hate those fish!

I never got past the floating lady boss so my vote has to stop there. I got so mad at that game, i never played it again

Alma's first form in chapter 7. Between the fireballs, lethal close quarters, throwing pillars, and insane speed (she can dodge and inferno fireball for christ sake), she was soooo hard the first time a played her. and even now, i know the trick, and she's still really hard.

I played Black and I didnt even know there was a glitch. I just said he was easy because I thought he was. He wasnt neccessarily a pushover, he just didnt compare to Doku or Alma. IMO.

Not exactly, I agree when you say how much the dufficult was raised, and the Dark Disciple now offers a pretty good battle, worthy for the last boss, but I still think that the most difficult boss in the whole game was the Awakened Alma, I even can't remember how many times I needed to retry that battle in order to kill her AND be able to achieve the bonus points.Still Doku (in his two forms), the first battle with Alma and the very fist encounter with Murai, can be considered more difficult not precisely for themselves, but whereas you can get used with the battle system, and Doku was really annoying for me.Alma was the hards no doubt about it.For all of you who say that the last boss was the a joke, i would guess that you are playing the original Ninja Gaiden for the Xbox. The one where you can use the same move over and over again and just beat the crap out of the last boss.If you played him on Ninja Gaiden Black, like I did, then you would know that that little glitch was fixed and he is immune to that move. I think that it is the one where you jump at them and just shoot like a bullet at them. You can't use that on him in Black. He is probably the second hardest boss in Ninja Gaiden Black.

The hardest boss for me was that girl that came out in the church becuz i had one potion left and like if she hit me i would die so i only had a little bit of life left....thats why she was the hardest

Doku in either of his forms are the only boss's that are actually hard
