I conpletely agree my friend. Though I did get it on a Bday, I will never regret getting it. out of 5 stars, I give it...OVER 9000!!!! (I know, the gimick is probably too old, but hey it is funny)I think by now, EVERYONE (who is old enough) has this game right now (today's date being saturday august 25 2007). And for the people who don't have it yet, PERSUADE YOUR PARENTS HARDER!Everytime someone talks about it or plays it, just say one thing: THIS IS SPARTA!

god of war is a great franchise because of it's great gameplay and gore, it also has an awesome storyline.

I liked this game better than the first; they added a lot more cool abilities, boss fights, and button mashing sequences. The control system is also a bit better, with all button mashing being handled by the O button.

god of war 2 is just milking it now. a sequel is a waste of money it is a good game
