I don't usually use walkthroughs with most of my games except for the exceedingly lengthy side-quests of the Final Fantasy series. For example, Final Fantasy X ... Jesus !@#$ing Christ that $h!+ had crazy sidequests. Along with X-2 and VII ^^

I usually break out a walkthrough after I've beaten the game or if I've been running circles and have NO idea where to go. Metroid games, for example, are ones where I can't seem to find the correct room at a certain point in the game.

I use walkthrus. I don't have time in my personal life to do all kind of minimal tests in games to discovers non-obvious things.

These days, yeah. Not every time; if I'm playing a game for the first time, I'd prefer to figure it out for myself. But if I'm impatient, then I'll go for help rather than spend agonizing hours in uncertainty and frustration.

Yeah, I do use walkthoughs. Especially when I'm stuck and I need to find a hint to get past that point. More particularly with the Pokemon games and Sailor Moon Another Story.

Only if I'm stuck in a certain place, or occasionally if I'm coming back to a game that was left unfinished after a long time, and I don't recall exactly what I'm supposed to do after the absence.

Yes, but it depends on the game. I often use it for things like mechanics or obscure secrets.

Yes.... But only after I've beaten the game a couple of times to try and get everything for myself, and then I check out how I've done with it via walkthrough...sometimes to find myself crying...and then reluctantly putting the disk back in the console...closing the tray/cover...turning on the console and television...grabbing the controller...the suspense killing my fondness for the game...oh the horror...oh, right...sorry.... But yeah, only after I've beaten the game a couple of times or so.

No, except just before the final boss (on RPG's.) I go use a walkthough to get the treasures I missed. :3

Yes if i get stuck i use it. I am not going to spend 12 hours and still not find the answer to the game. Usually i use it when i get stuck at a part that very diffcult.

I use them for Imports if I don't understand what I'm doing. If I get stuck, like really badly, I'll use one to get past that part, then continue without one.

Hmm, I used to use it a lot when I was still small around 7-10 years old, but now since I'm 14, I realize that there's no fun if you know what will happen next... I only use walkthrough if I've been going around in circles trying to find but can't seem to do so... but now, I'm more interested in powering up and trying to get 100% if possible... I use walkthroughs now only for the item, skill, or even job database... to have reference on equipment and the skills... like for the rare items, strong weapons and all that stuff, techniques and ways to level up... :doom:
