My favorite is Kamekuhhh.....I was under the impression mario was licenced by Nintendo.....but since you asked I would say Yoshi and Bowser.

I picked luigi because he is a lesser known character and tends to be easier and better for playing in the original super mario bros. series.

From the choices, Yoshi obviously! However, Mallow and Geno from Mario RPG for the SNES owned pretty hard too! But by far, the best character ever - obviously Shy Guy. He just oozes 1337ness. I wish Shy Guy was a playable character in more games. He is on your team when you pick Yoshi as your captain for Mario Baseball, and together, the five Shy Guys pwn.
