One sort of I guess, at least it was so worn it was near useless! No springiness in the face buttons & all of the grip had been worn off the D-pad. Im surprised it hasn't happened yet though as there have been numerous instances when I've seriously tried to snap it through frustration.

I haven't broken any because of throwing around...One broke because my dog chewed it through, and another just stopped working... I suspect it happened through normal wear and tear.

I have never broken a controller though I have worn my first PS2 controller down to the point where it is uncomfortable using it so I had to get new one anyway. However, I have come close to braking my hand on a controller I'm psycho...

Though I've never outright broken a controller, I've worn out a PS2 controller to the point of it being useless. Personally, I blame the Fight Night series for doing that. Stupid haymaker controls. :bad:

Both my controllers are still intact, although for some weird reason the select-button of one doesnt work anymore...no clue on how that happened, since select isnt exactly my most used button ><. I did fear for my poor controllers life with the Budokai games, all the yanking and turning on the analog-stick :bad:

I've broken around 3-4 controllers, by accidentally pulling on them too hard when I get surprised when playing a horror game, or too much button mashing when I'm playing any fighting game other than Soul Calibur III.
