My favorite of the 2 is sub-zero. Scorpion never appealed to me.

sub zero come onyou just can't compete with his POWERhe can freeze stuff like if your in the middle of nowhere havein a beer with sub zero and the beer is luke warm he can chill it for ulets see scorpion do that

Sub-Zero is over rated, and has been revamped in almost every MK release.Scorpion is classic old school and is my pick of the two.

the original subzero became noob saibot, who is the coolest character in fighting history. so, in a round about way, sub zero rules.

Sub-Zero has always and will always be my favourite between these two mainly cause I can do all his special moves on most of the games.

I like Sub-Zero better than Scorpion but Scorpion is still pretty cool.

sub 4 sure also depending on wat game but majority of games sub is by far the bast great abilites and his combos were very long and strong
