I caught a shiny of a pokemon I really didn't like...I wanna say Ekans...but I'm not sure.

I have great luck with shinies. In my silver I saw a red graveler but it asploded. In sapphire, I caught a golden swablu on one file, and on another file I caught a purple wurmple, which evolved into an orange silcoon, and then a gold beautifly. On my newest file on one of my games I have a shiny but I can't remember which...

hmm...let's see i caught a red gyrados in silver and a shiny spinda in ruby, it looks like the sand colour xP

To say i have caught Shiny Graveler without any cheats while i was training my pokemons in the cave before elite 4 in silverwith cheats i have caught all.

actually there is a diffrence btwen a shiny pokemon and a normal pokemon thier a shiny pokemon s hp gets higher and their stats go higher also i compared it to my shiny pokemon shiny ferow to a normal ferow both lvl 52. I have caught alote of shiny pokemon like shiny gyarados in fire red and rayquaza emerald and more.That is completely false. In the GBA games, shiny Pokemon are no different from non-shiny Pokemon except for appearance.

yup ihave 58 shinies in my completed pokedex in emerald!!some of them are gyarados,charizard,umbreon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only Shiny Pokemon I've caught, was a Shiny Tentacool in Pokemon Crystal and Pokemon Ruby. They're quite easy to catch...my brother caught one as well.

The only shiny pokemon that i ever caught was A shiny Picachu in Fire red.

I HAVE!!!! I GOT A GREEN CASCOON AND A BLUE ELECTRIKE!!! Its a VERY low chance of finding one though... You have to stay at the same area and search at that place for a LONG time...Has anyone heard about shiny pokemon (or seen or even cought any?)Look_here

I have only seen a form of Eviee. But he had a master so I could not caught him. So disappointed!!!

Ive had a SHINY espeon and it was greenThe tentcool was gray The golbats wings were greenAnd this are the only shiny pokemon Ive had

I've caught Red Gyarados (duh) a pink Butterfree, a red Linoone, a gold Groudon, a black Raquaza, a pink Kyogre, and a black Charazard.

I'd say you just got lucky, and your shiny happened to have better IVs than the normal one. Shiny Pokemon are purely aesthetically different, and can potentially be as good or bad as any other pokemon you catch. :PEDIT: Actually, let me quote Serebii.net on this one, because that'll clarify it more."Now you'd think with a pokemon this rare, it has to have good Individual Values and such. That's no longer the case. Shiny pokemon are always going to end up with the same odds of good stats as normal pokemon. They used to have set IV's in the Metal generation, but not in this one."So, to clarify, they had better IVs in G/S/C, but from R/S/E on they're no different than anything else. i've never found one in my entire lifetime, but i have used cheats and made all of the wild pokemons shiny

well... I've only seen one and i guess i kinda caught it... it was a goldeen... Except after I caught it the game went berserk and shut down.

i haven´t seen many but they´re special to be caught and not really very easy to find anyone knows where is likely to find one?
