I lucked out insanely and caught a red Sandshrew in my Ruby game. Sandslash is my favorite pokemon period, so that's why I say I lucked out. I've also seen(but not caught) a green tentacool and a brown Onix.

I don't think I have ever seen a shiny pokemon (sadly) 
! I don't play that much though to be honest :(I'd probably get something rubbish and shiny anyway!

I've played 5 different pokemon games and completed most of the game. I've never seen a shiny pokemon so I guess my luck just sucks!

Heck, i been playing for ages and ive only seen 1... a shiny rattata LOL. And it was a stupid off yellow colour too.But it evolved into a red raticate... Which still sucks, really...

I've only caught a few.. a yellow onix, a purple Drowzee, a Red Gyaridos , and there was a couple more... i just forgot which ones.

i've only seen the red gyaridos,and well i caught.Other than that i've never seen or caught a shiny pokemon legitimately.(i've used gameshark though.)

lol it's extremely rare to come across a shiny pokemon. In fact, I got a couple of mine from my friend.

I saw a shiny Espeon in that other tower in pokemon emerald, i couldn't catch it though.

Can you catch a legit Dragonite(especially a shiny one)?You can legitimately capture a shiny Dratini or Dragonair and evolve it.shiny pokemon definitley exists...I caught few of them (dragonite, caterpie, pidgetto,...)

damn i cant belive i lost dis website =[ stupid virus neways now i have ran into sum shinies ever since my last post i got a shiny venonat which is a venomoth now and i caught a shiny golduck so i dindt get 2 have him as a psyduck shiny and ive seen a shiny meowth in battle tower

Well, I catch the gold Garydos ( don't remember how to spell), in Crystal. I've seen a pink Butterfree but didn't manage to catch it.

I've seen few shinies...Red Gyarados- cought one, Pokemon GSC anyone?Shiny Tentacool- accidentaly OHKO'ed it... :'( Shiny Numel- cought one, guaranteed extreme uselessness...
