The first Game Boy Advance game I bought was Pokemon Sapphire, a few weeks after it's release in Europe.And I still like that game, a lot.

It was either pokemon or Fire Emblem. I can't really remember, but I do remember Fire Emblem was one of my earliest GBA memories.
