I like to listen to JRock or JPop. It lets me sit there playing longer, especially when the game is also in Japanese.

Hm... well I usually listen to the music on the game itself I'm playing. I've never ever listened to any other external music while playing my GBA.

The best music to listen too is usually the game's music, since they creat music for the specific situations in the game. Especially RPGs. I don't really listen to other music while gaming.

exactly what i listen too 30 seconds to mars all the way i love their music favorite son the fantasyI just wanna find out what everybody's into. Personally im gonna have to say some 30 seconds to mars or maybe some no use for a name.

Haha.My music depends on my mood and game.If I'm playing a good RPG and am playing to kill, then I like Heavy Metal. If I am playing a fighting game then I like to listen to my CD's of whale song.If any of you have played lemmings on sega you will understand why rap sucs

Well, I used to listen to various japanese music, and a few(few) tracks from Final Fantasy, including One Winged Angel. Then my MP3 player got stolen recently, so I've gotten into the hang of actually listening to the music the game provides. *shivers*

I't a good question. I've never thought about it.From now on, I should carefully choose music to listen while gaming. Maybe, soft rock sounds OK.
