The graphism of pokemon games (excluding the first ones like Blue/Red) are very good for a GBA and for the environment that they need to do in pokemon games. They dont need great graphics , thats not the point of pokemon. Storyline and gameplay is the most important in pokemon games.

i dont think the graphics are bad. pokemon emerald hasnt bad graphics at all, and fire red neither.

The worst? Of course not, maybe the graphics isn't the best, but definetly the're not the worst.

i think they're fine because the game is usaly so good, so it almost doesn't matteri think they could do better though in like the battle scenes and make some real live cartoon scenes or something

heh compared to other GBA games pokemon has great graphics...but compared to Xbox 360 then.....yeah u get the point..

the graphics for pokemon are pretty decent when it comes to gameboy, but there are some improvements that can be made in my opinion

they're improving every new series. compare say, blue's black and white pixelated things to emerald's twitching, colored distinguishable things

In this case you have to compare with another game(i.e.: if you compare with pong will always be better any kind of pokemon series), but if you compare it with pokemon stadium and anothers posterior to the release of the first pokemons it's obvius that the graphics that pokemon GB/GBC/GBA have are the worst in pokemon seriesResuming: i don't look in the graphics that pokemon series have

The graphics seem like theyre for young children, but teenagers and adults enjoy the gameplay. The little cartoons are more for the children and the gameplay(or raising a pokemon) are more for the teenagers and up(All in my opinion).

Pokemon could definately use a graphical update that isnt as linear as what we've been seeing lately... But they get it done, and it's asthetically pleasing.

Maybe crappy at first with Pkmn Red&Blue but now graphics have definetely improved. I'd say one of the best for GBA

pokemon is simple which is why it is sooo succesful it isnt outragiously done up with graphics because it doesnt need them, it has good flow and gameplay, although im over playing them over and ove rlike i used to im always up for new pokemon games even if they were to get worse in the graphics department

I think they're good. The Pokémon nowadays are done nicely, the backgrounds are cool. The animations for their attacks aren't bad either. They did good with the GBA versions...I can only assume that the DS Pokémon games will look better.
