I got super mario 64 ds first. I got it first because I enjoyed the original. plus it had a lot of extra stuff as well.

the first ds game that punched me in the face was nintendogs. it looked like an awesome touch game. and it had animals in it. so for me that was 2 thumbs up already.

I got a NDS lite just today yey!The very first game that I wanted was Trauma Center...I think it just looks cool FROM FIRST GLANCE.But i think people will disagree that its a superb game though.

Supers Mario 64 was entertaining, but hell, I beat that on the N64 a hell of a long time ago. In my opinion, there really wasn't anything fun and new when the DS first came out.

I got my DS at Christmas with Super Mario 64 DS. I then got Yu-Gi-Oh and Kirby Canvas Curse.

my frist game was wario ware and i loved it i hope they maek a number 2 or i mean another wario ware hee hee its so funny the games are really funny it cracks me up everytime i play like the rolling toilet paper so funny

Wow, it would seem that Super Mario 64 DS is most people's first game for the DS... O__oMine too. Unfortunately they kinda fixed the glitch where Mario is able to enter the Lava zone without any more life (you can do that easier in the N64 version) but it's also a lot easier to suddenly make Mario run off an edge... ^__^;Also the demo for the Metroid Hunters that came with the DS.
