I like this game better than MD. Although it's short, it seems less repetetive than Mystery Dungeon. I did all of the side quests after you beat it, and now I'm patiently waiting the release for the Manaphy code. (:

this is a game that is really touch screen based play, although i did not like it, the whole point of the game is draw circles around pokemon to catch them and not let me touch your line, and you drawing lines from pokemon to objects, it was also very short i beat it in so fast and the replay value is not there, i mean its so easy to draw circles.

Ditto. I enjoyed the main game, tried to get as many Pokemon as I could. I finished at about the 17 hour mark and cannot bring myself to restart or finsih off the other stuff. Good game though, but no real replay value.

this game is not a rpg, its more of a touch screen game with a pokemon gimmick, the battles are you drawing circles around pokemon and dodging their attacks with your stylus, if you like drawing circles and lines then this game is for you, since thats pretty much all it is, you keep on drawing circles around a pokemon till his strengh gets low, but watch out he moves around the whole point is to draw the circle fast and small/enough that the pokemon does not jump out of your circle, or if he attacks it with a pokemon attack to get your circle away or your stylus loose hp and needs to be recharged, (yes your stylus is your pokeball, pokemon that you fight with), and when you stylus catch a pokemon he goes away after you give him one command, such as mudkip put out that burning tree. So if you have a steady hand and eye then this game is for you since its all about how fast you are on your stylus.

if you can draw circles on your DS really fast then it's actually quite easy

It was pretty fun :] It got kind of annoying though when you couldn't access areas unless you have a specific amount of fire or whatever powered pokemon and I'd keep forgetting where I needed the pokemon for after I got them O_O;;;Kinda sad though :\ I played and beat the japanese version, but I can't get Manafi that way for my future copy of Diamond, so i'll have to re-play it D:>

I got it so I could get Manaphy. I don't have a second DS, so Ranger was just 30 bucks down the drain.Unless I borrow my friend's DS, but his parents are too up-tight."NO DONT LET YOUR FRIEND USE YOUR DS"My arms hurt after drawing circles :D
