I've heard of it and played itI didn't think it was a very good game.To much hack and slash and no real strategy or anythingBut I liked the funny names some people had like that cow pea guy haha

Actually, i disagree with most poster, i felt the psp version was a major sucess off the ps2 one, it runs with identical graphics (almost) and a fast running system, it plays well and there is slightly more tactics involved, a good game. (The GBA one is the let down, trust me 
)

the games got old now, its pretty much the same thing, plus im not much of a strategic person so i charge ahead and it feels like a one man versus an army type game (which is a bit unrealistic)

I ve played Dynasty warriors 2 on PSP the graphics are greatly modified. After i played Dynasty warriors 5 on ps2 for a while i went back 2 number 4 and it looked really bad and then i went 2 dynasty warriors 2 in PSP and the GRAPHICS ROCK

well it's not the greatest game not the worst game but i don't get the feeling off WAUW i gotta play it all the time and the girl at shu with the spear and shield was def my favorite char i completed the story mode with her and the first dude you can pick from the blue group wan or wei wich was it?

The PSP version of DW was terrible compared to the PS2 versions. Koei tried to stick way too many characters into a small disk space, and as such the game play suffered. Half the fun of DW is leveling your fighter up and then mauling things to get fun weapons. They sadly took those two parts out and replaced them with a system that makes your re-level your character every stage...tragic.
