There's quite alot of rpgs out there and alot of final bosses. What do you think is the bestMy vote would probally be Earthbound's , there's still none like it.Honorable mentions1.Dragon Warrior-maybe the only game to have you fight whats in the title.2.Kefka-Multi tier who still presented something of a challenge(unlike a certain other final boss )3.Romancing Saga 3- if you haven't played it, go get the rom and pick Sara as your main character.

It was Kefka. Well I don't think Sephiroth is the best either. I like Final Fantasy 8's Ultimecia, Final Fantasy 6's Kefka and Star Ocean 2's Unlimited Indalecio.

you are quite spamming! watch the simple aggreement posts. i liked the final boss in legend of dragoon extremly well. now that was a tough/interesting fight.

He was a tough sob to fight but i found it funny that one of the strategy guides for it has exactly how to defeat him step by step.The toughest i've faced would have to be fou lu from Bof4you are quite spamming! watch the simple aggreement posts. i liked the final boss in legend of dragoon extremly well. now that was a tough/interesting fight.

Sephiroth is the best final boss. He has 3 different forms which make it more interesting to fight him as a final boss.

I say that the boss at the end of Legend of Dragoon was the most annoying that thing killed me so easily even with the legendary dragoon spirit.

I like Chronon Triggers Final boss Lavos there plenty of better bosses that i like in the middle of the games the final boss is normally this over customized huge dude that laughs alot.

There are some PSX RPGs worth of a mention. Yes Kefla is probably the most enjoyable/frustrating final boss, but there are others...FF8: Ultimacea - Because it took so damn long!Grandia: Gaia Core - Because it lead to a fitting end to a great storyand last but not least:Dragon Warrior 7: Orgodemir (2nd battle) - The game is way too long, yes, but this makes it all worth while because its the 2nd most difficult battle in the game!I've noticed that 90% of the games in this final boss thing are Squaresoft games. There are other companies that sometimes do better. Squaresoft know, because they merged with one of them! (ENIX!!!) Game Arts (Grandia) are also great, so don't count them out!Zero.EXE

I take the risk of said the same thing of all other but my favorite final boss is Sephirot in is one wing angel form (and i love a lot the musique back grounds!!)

I vote for sephirot, but if we talk of anyone rpg then i like to mention jecht (Braskas final Aeon) is very stroong the first time you fight against him and the music is very good too just like the sephirot theme (the one winged angel)

The boss of Golden Sun: The Lost Age was difficult to beat. I had to beat him three times to fully beat him, and he threw some pretty good moves at me.

100% behind you there mate... Kefka is, was and will probably always be the greatest RPG boss, because he was a TRUE sociopath.My three runners-up are all from the same continuing game, the Baldur's Gate series, each one a "Final Boss" for a point in the series.1: Sarevok. God that guy was cool. I still have a promotional poster featuring him somewhere in my room. Double bonus points for being a semi-boss in the Second game of the series and a playable character in it's expansion.2: Amellisan the Black. The most utterly evil End-Of-Game boss ever, both in attitude and difficulty-to-defeat. I actually had to re-play the whole game to build up a party strong enough to defeat her, my first group simply couldn't do it. Bonus points for being the first video game boss ever that made me break a mouse.3: Irenicus. Not nearly as cool as the other two, but still an interesting character due to his borderline insanity. That, and the fact that he's possibly the first RPG villain ever to successfully go through with a convoluted "Capture the hero-Steal his power-discard him" plan.It was Kefka. And none of this besides Seph crap
