I'm going to have to recommend Fable , FF has a legacy going for it but the online version just doen't have the same level of enjoyability as Fable.

Fable-The lost Chapters. It's like the original Fable, only with TONS of extra stuff. it also isn't too expensive.

I think Fable could become better, though I definately think Final Fantasy is better now. I think fable is more for the more general public, while Final Fantasy is for more of the familiar fans who already know of it. I'd like to see more freedom in Final Fantasy, though it can stifle the plot, I think for the next gen game they should find ways around it. I'm beginning to feel a mind-numbing redundance when I play Final Fantasy games now, though they're fun, it seems a little too familiar.

Fable is a good game but too short in my opinion, so i would go with a Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy is way better. The world is much more immersive then fable's. And Fable's storyline was terrible. You didn't care about any of the characters at all.

The combat in Fable is way better but the stories in FF games are usually great.And FF games are always pretty long.The same can't be said for Fable.

I say fable, though ff rocks, fable is much more not-to-the-point game, you can kick chickens, blow heads, break into houses, even kill your own wife! ( there is a city where this is even legal!!!! jajaj ).Fable is a hell of a game

I didn't even like FFXI on the PC! I happened to try it with someone's XBox, but it just isn't legit. I haven't really played Fable that much, but I would probably rather give that a go than FFXI.

Most definately final fantasy every time, i havent played on fable, but i think it could come anywhere near to as good as FFX

Final fantasy, those games are really deep and just so involving. No. 7 is the best I think. Also they take ages to complete. Fable is also a great choice. Not as good as FF because the story is not as long or having as many twists, but still. Its fun attacking random towns, and then buying the entire town. I would chose FF

I liked to play Fable but it was so easy to beat. I finished really fast. Final Fantasy has lasted me a whole lot longer as far as playing time goes. Both games are terrific though.
