I got the original Gameboy, Red and Blue for Christmas one year. I played them both the same day, but I played Red first.It has always had a special place in my heart for that :)

Only answer if u have atually played pokemon before lol. My first pokemon game was pokemon gold on a sp. ( funny story behind that atually)

Pokemon Ruby my emulating started with this game :)

my first pokemon game was blue oo that old time game i like it still but l like pikchu the mostgreetings

my first game was crystal. i played it on emulator and i believed that it was very fun. my mom wouldn't let me get a game boy advance so i had to download it off of the internet (here). the ruby and sapphire just came out, but i wanted to start from the first ones, except for blue and red which i thought had very little color. gold and silver looked like fun, but crystal was cooler because it was like a mix between the two games

I think all Yellows were special edition, mine said Special Pikachu edition on the thing but yellow at boot.This one guy would sell me yellow, but at a high price, higher than what I paid for Ruby, and at that time Ruby just came out!

Lol...Those were the days. Amazingly--well not so amazingly--but my first Pokemon game was Ruby. I've seen people play Yellow, Crystal, Gold, whatever. But I never really cared but then one day, my brother downloaded this emulator with Ruby...So that's how I got to play...I was okay....Those were seriously the days...
