I got Red and Blue for Christmas when they first came out. I can't remember which one I opened first but I'm guessing it was blue for some reason.

I started with Red, but then moved to blue soon after.After I beat the game, I played again with the clone cheat ^.^

Oh, man, way back "in the day" (for me at least) I had Pokemon Yellow. Not only that, but with the pokemon gameboy color, too. I was hardcore into it too, beat it with all 151 (152 if you include that weird glitch Missingno.) I wasn't nearly as hardcore into Silver when I got it later.

Now there are so many, I had red blue yelloe gold silver and crystal, but then I foubnd about Pinball and TCG, I had all the main games, those others follow different styles of gameplay.I had all of them, now most are as roms!
