First one I played was red and it was my cousin's game. Bought the blue version shortly after that. ^^

My brother got red and I got blue.I beat both, then got yellow and beat that.Then I got silver and beat that.Then ruby and beat that.and I've just started to get into sapphire finally.

My 1st ever pokemon game was my 1st game i had ever played on the gameboy color was pokemon yellow. I really enjoyed, quite soon after that game I was hooked mostly because I loved the cartoon series. I was just so exstatic over these cute little pokemon creatures & that people finally brought them to life well, meaning technology-interaction, quite exceptional really.KRMT

Pokemon Blue was my first and I was already 13. I bought it for $10 and it came with a gameboy pocket. It was already 2001, hehe. But I've always been a fan of pokemon before that!

Haha i got a GB color with pokemon bue a long time ago, I played pokemon before i knew about the TV series. Didn't like it before i watched though.

pokemon yellow my first rpg i was like nine years old santa clause got it for me along with a game boy color and a pokemon gameboy case it was heaven on earth untill i couldnt figure out how to beat brock cause i was nine. which when i did find out i had to train a caterpiller thing all the way 2 a butterfree
