it's hard to chose one - depending on the situation, but i do like dragons, just by the looks.

I like the dragon, ice, and dark. Cause ice is awesome and dragon is cool 
and dark is just nice. But i don't know which is my favorite..

Dragon is pretty cool but I prefer Fire-types for some reason.

Steel pokemon are good- They have few weaknesses, and they could deal either normal or effective damage against most types. Plus, their defence against most types are good too.

Personally, I like fire types the best i always choose it for the starting pokemon.

i cant help it either!(except chimchar, i hate it) i like dragon types, cos theyre rare, hard to train and sooo freakin cool!(why didnt they make charizard a dragon type?)Fire .. Cause I keep choosing fire-type as my starters.

it was tough between fire and grass for me... but i chose fire in the end. i mean, fire is way cooler. i've played pokemon since the begining and i never warmed up to any of the new types like steel or dark or anything

Not sure which one but I used grass types as my fav in FR version and fire type in S/R version.

and considering that you don't meet up with much water pokemon in the game (unless your surfing to some island) its a great starter.Electric speaks for itselfNormal are probably the most frustrating to go up against (unless you got fighting types). Plus they could learn different types of moves and are not limited much to any particular one.

Gotta say dragon mostly.. but as a back up for Charizard.. I would have to go it a fighter or a ground like Machamp or Graveler..

It's grass for me, I love pokemon like Sceptile, and Leafeon. Plus, Grass starters are generally good choices (Aside from G/S/C)
