I reckon it's Trauma Center, Warioware is just a bunch of short 3 sec games stuck into one cartridge.

Out of all the games I've played on the DS, I'd say Warioware.

Oh man that's tough...I would have to Say either: Meteos or Kirby Canvas CurseMeteos was the first game I bought and it's one of the most brilliant innovations in a puzzle game I've seen in a long time. So I'll go with Meteos.

I have to agree with thomaspaul. The touch screen makes it so much easier to create your own designs.Other mentions are Yoshi touch and go, meteos, and Brain age (which has very good hand writing recognition).

Having only played a handful of games, I'd have to say it's Nitendogs and Brain Age. You can't play those games without using the touch screen!!!

cooking mama, hands down. well, that and trauma center. it is just awesome to get that hands on feel in cooking food... especially when you're hungry. also, trauma center has a similar feel in terms of that hands on idea. i think i'm attracted to those two games because i can sort of relate to something in real life. sure, a lot of the mini games on wario ware couldn't be done without the touch screen, but i just feel kind of turned off by it since the little motions i do on screen just seems to lack purpose. of course, wario ware certainly is a fun game on it's own, it's just that i don't enjoy it as much as cooking mama or trauma center.incidentally, feel the magic and rub rabbits have that feel for some of their mini games. i liked that game too, but it just didn't come to mind while writting the first paragraph >.<
