I reakon it would have to be nintendogs at the moment you can't really play the game without the touch-screen.

For me it's a choice between 3, namely ...Trauma Centre as its a very well thought out touchscreen game. B) ,Rub Rabbits for complete DS mayhem XD andCooking Mama for an innovative idea well executed :D I think games like Yoshi and Wario are interesting but I just got bored with them too soon, probably just me.

I'm a little surprised that no one mentioned this, but my vote goes to Trauma Center. They're all great, and innovative, but for some reason Trauma Center seems to be the coolest of them all.

the bob-omb separation in the super mario bros' mini games. altho i hate the ****ing loading/bs wait time.

Trauma center is easily the best touchscreen game - I really can't wait for the Wiimake of it. It was fun, but insanely hard.

I haven't played that many that extensively use the touchscreen, but so far I'd have to say that Warioware and Kirby:CC take the cake.
