I like Seamonkey on one hand for its Gecko's rendering engine. On the other hand, an alternative from IE that I'm currently using is a japanese browser called Sleipnir which is what IE6 should have been from the beginning in my opinion.

Mozilla Firefox. Wouldn't say its THE BEST out there, but its the browser ive gotten used to the most. Most importantly, is that i haven't had any problems with it.. yet.

Firefox owns all other browsers. Plus it blocks pop-ups.

I use IE for most of my browsing. It does have some of it's own problems though so I use Firefox as a back up. IE has certain features that are connected to hotkeys on my laptop so I feel a lot better using it rather than the others.

Right now my main and favorite browser would be IE. However, that might change to Google Chrome because Chrome is fast and it can separate and merge tabs. In addition, it is really user friendly.

Google Chrome! This new browser from Google works amazingly well. Uses less memory, seperate process for each tab and is really fast.!

I use Firefox 3, but I find that IE is alot faster with flash applications such as Pandora and Youtube, so I alternate.

I use Mozilla Firefox the majority of the time, but in case I need to do anything at high speed, I always switch to Opera; I'd say that it's two times the speed of my Firefox, and my Firefox is pretty damn fast.

I love using Firefox, but it has been letting me down, cause I had too many plug-ins, and my computer is 5 years old. Chrome is what i am currently using, nice and lightweight, and fast, but may be vulnerable!

Mozilla Firefox is by far the absolute best browser to use if you are an everyday computer user you would know this is true. Though I'm sure opinion varies. Tell me why my internet explorer likes to shut down by its self all the time and firefox doesn't lol! Hmmmmm... maybe that answers why my opinion is so subjective.

I have tried Mozilla, IE and Safari before. All of them have their own pros and cons. I prefer using IE because it has less 'distractions'.As in, Mozilla have loads of add-ons that I spent many days choosing while Safari, I spent most of my time drooling at it's cool design.. Lols..

Yeah I'd have to say every time I get a new computer and I add Mozilla Firefox I can't help but sit and browse hundreds of cool add-ons to the point that I end up with more than I want and it just becomes a mess lol! I still love it though plus I think the fox is way better looking than a ball with an "E" in it :doom:!

After IE 8, it's become faster than FF, at least according to my experience. FF still scores highest in terms of plugins, but I really don't have much use for them, I already have seperate softwares installed to do what those plugins would do (and gadgets, in case of Windows 7, which are also much faster than plugins working on FF). Also IE8 has never hanged on me on XP till date, and even though it did so once on Win7 (and I can confirm it was 100% the addon's fault, the tremendously buggy ATLAS translation toolbar), the tab was recovered quickly and easily. Guess it's time to switch back to it. :foldarms:

Im a fan of firefox. Seems like I've run into less problems then when i used IE. Maybe its just the cooler icon for firefox though. And the plugins are fun. Even though i don't need em : /

And even without them, for some reason, my Firefox keeps getting slower and slower and slower and slower aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand even slower... >_< Today it took a full 10 seconds to start up after clicking the quick launch icon. Even though I did this seconds after finishing installing a game, IE still started up almost instantly (< 2 secs)... Is because a lot of people hated IE upto v6 that they're not trusting it anymore? Coz now IE works best for me... When I'm BROWSING, I do need speed more than addons, and even with 6 addons installed, IE is still starting that damn fast. Only Chrome now works as fast as IE. Anyone else tried IE 8? On either 7 or XP (or even Vista)?

I've always used Internet Explorer. I tried Firefox once but I didn't really like it, probably because I'm so used to IE. Plus, I tried a download accelerator and it didn't really seem to make a difference. IE works fine for me.
