Help starting up

Hey, i was wondering if someone could explain to me what u need to make signitures and different techniques or provide me with the links. im new to doing nething like this, and i want to make a ff7 one but i dnt even know where to start!all help will be appreciatedthanks

look at some of the web site in the stickies it has everything you need look befot posting if you dont want a warning then you need a program photoshop $$$$ or gimp free

Okay, I'll summarize that long yet worthwhile process. First you might want to get PS, I'm not telling you how but you can have it for free, then go download some brushes at www.deviantart.com, you don't need brushes but its easier to start off with, third do some tuts. There a link in my sig to my own beginner tuts. It will help you.
