FFX was a lot better in terms of story, which is what Final Fantasy is known for.FFX-2 had a nice, fast battle system, but it had no story, and it got really annoying.

I love them both.The main thing is though. Like it's title reads, you should play both. FFX first then FFX-2 afterwards. In terms of what is better though, both are great games, and I don't want to make one stand out more than the other.

Prefer FFX because of the tramma and characters. I personally like best the graphics and the movies:D.

FFX was a decent game. I just couldn't get around to liking FFX-2.FFX>FFX-2, vote goes to FFX.

Final Fantasy X was awesome. It had a way more enjoyable staory line than X-2. X-2 was very girly and cheesey, although I enjoyed the battle system more. But it's not to say X's "Conditional Turn Based System" wasn't fun. It's a hard choice, but I liked Auron so X is better. =D

Final Fantasy X had a better storyline, whilst the story in FFX-2 sucked a lil but... But the job system in X-2 was fun to play with!

ffx was such a good game. so much better gameplay and difficulty and everythign really.so awsome.its a shame it was made lame by ffx-2not that i disliked x-2... it was kl, and i thought the battle system in x-2 was fun... though easy [ie: you pwn everythign once you get beserker]
