The funniest i think is in one piece episode 206 where they needed the octopus to help them get away from the marine base and luffy pulled it out of his pants! haha and usopp "i don't wanna" "firing this thing hurts like a bit#h" hahaha ...the next funniest is from bleach where ichigo throws rukia to renji

Hmm,In naruto when he had a flashback when he failed turned into hokage. Shin-chan dub had me constantly laughing. The dub has a totally different feel from subbed Shin-chan, and I like both for different reasons but the dub of Shin-chan...I could not choose just one scene.

In the Cowboy Bebop movie at the begining when Spike tells that one guy "You take to long to take a sh#t!" I laughed my a$$ off for a whole five minutes.

Excel Saga is by far the funniest anime of all time. Followed closely by FLCL. You just can't pick out a single scene in these anime, the entire thing is hilarious!

Karekano. I've seen that anime long time ago, and I can't remember the names of the characters, but I remember in one episode (aprox the 6th chapter) the main characters were involved in a persecution... That was very funny...

ah man there's so many funny episodes that i've watched. let's see, my favorite would be the one where ichigo and ikkaku was fighting. this happened after the soul society arc, when the whole group was preparing to leave. it's also hilarious how kenpachi chases ichigo down.

The first episode of Trigun, when the bar gets shot to pieces and he slowly stands up and raises his gun to face-off with the gang. He pulls the trigger and...there's no ammo! He freaks out and wobbles off like a madman. Quality stuff.

I've seen a few from the series Black Blood Brothers. ><;; The poor kid..getting slammed around by his Onii-chan's finger..had me in stiches 
I can't believe I almost forgot! *Spoiler* The scene from the Naruto manga when Konohamaru uses Kage bunshin and Oroike(sp?) to become the image of Sasuke and Sai making out. The look on everyones faces was priceless xDDD
