i laughed the most everytime after Saiyuuki RELOAD's extra clips...that funny clips called "Urasai"

I like Shin-Chan in dubbed, it ways funnier then maybe the subs (I didn't watch subs yet). But it's way hilarious. It makes me laugh and make me sleep good.Other thing that make me laugh from anime or manga:Inuyasha: Miroku being a pimp in front of all girls and Sango smack him. When Kagome and Inuyasha argue a lot.Ranma 1/2: Akane being jealous over Ranma. A lot of other hilarious parts, can name them all.Girls Bravo: When Yukinari develop a allergy for girls. I never heard of that before, but it still funny.Ichigo 100% (not out in US yet): when Jumpei keep dreaming about all the girls he like, men he thinks he James Bond or those rapper with all those girls.Tokimeki Memorial-only love (just came out in Japan recently, hope they bring it to America)- when the main character is forced to do these weird events, the little chicken beat up a lot of people, and a girl who likes him try to win his heart.Love Hina- when Keitaro do something pervertic in front of Naru and the girls.Final Fantasy unlimited: When Chocobo grab the Yui's hair and play around with it.Shin-chan dub had me constantly laughing. The dub has a totally different feel from subbed Shin-chan, and I like both for different reasons but the dub of Shin-chan...I could not choose just one scene.

well the funniest anime i've seen so far is cromartie high school it's funny as hell and makes no sense most of the time

Naruto when he did the sexy jutsu was hilarious, as well as a couple of scenes from DBZ and other animes that were taken out when they dubbed it to the english language.

I cannot remember what episode of Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu it is. At the latter part of the episode, I saw Yagami Light, Yagami Souchiro, Amane Misa, and and L riding a bicycle. That was priceless!

I don't know if I can pin it down to just.. one scene. But I remember laughing a lot while watching "Ouran High school Host Club." I'd have to say.. that the funniest scenes off of that anime, would have to have been when the twins would throw the banana peels on the floor. Like when they had the Host Club dance party, and Tamaki slipped on one of the peels and made Haruhi kiss that girl on the lips. Very funny anime.

in bleach... the "bloody" writing on the wall where ichigo thought it looked like someone was dying and when ichigo threw rukia towards renji... in naruto, when kakashi stabbed naruto in the donkey.... theres more but i cant think of them ....lolin ouran host club when the host club dresses up in women's clothing to try to get haruhi to stay in the club...lol!

in ranma 1/2 where theres a storm and ranma is in the living room and puts wood on all the doors. and everybody gets stuck outside inside bedrooms and people need to go toilet its like open the door im busting lmao laughed my head off.

What nearly killed me was when Ino was acting as a princess for someone, and when she thought it was raining, Naruto, which was impersinating the princess too, comes down while peeing UP, and Ino gets trapped in the urine.... LOL!
