Any scene with Ichigo's dad in it is funny There Isn't a serious moment in Bleach that can't be broken with his apperance =D That had me in fits. Episode 13 of Fma Cracks me up all the time, And lots of furuba (Furits basket)

I don't think I've ever laughed until I cried, but I agree with the people who say that Ichigo throwing Rukia was pretty funny 
. Other funny scenes I would say is when Kero-chan flirts with 1 of the stuffed animals in Ms. Maki's shop, and any time in Gokujou Seitokai when Rino will say something and Pucchan has to get his say about how it's true, hehehehe.

Hmm..some of the MAR episodes are pretty funny. I like whenever Dorothy gets close to Ginta Snow gets really angry. Or when Jack got hit in the nads with a ball hammer. It's very funny :3

I'd have to say in Ranma 1/2 the first episode when Akane goes into the bathroom while Ranma is in the bathtub from turning back into a girl and they see each other naked. Akane closes the door and gets dressed and screams out "AHHHHHHHHH!"...there's more but I can't think at the moment. Lol.

Then he stands up playing the whole, "You made me angry, Iīm gonna make you pay and look cool" thing, he points his gun at the terrified group and (click;click;click;click;click;click;).... no bullets

One Piece is definately the funniest anime ever... there's so much to choose from...one of th best moments was when luffy was playing cards an they were supposed to get rid of the cards they had in their hands, and at the end of the game we see luffy stuck with probably half the deck and says "I had the feeling that more is better" LOL
