I think the funny scene I seen is when I was watching Kaze no Stigma, there was a scene when kazuma was fight Kathrine and then he owned her spirit beast, and she was like "wtf?! how?" then kazuma said,"Sorry for kicking so much ass, well maybe you just suck." that was so funny i was laugh hard

Well, there are so much scenes that made me laugh til i cry... but here are some:-Getbackers, Episode 39, when Ginjy fall from the top of a building. HAHA!-Naruto, Episode 101...EVERYTHING IN THAT EPISODE IS FUNNY!!!-Prince of Tennis, dont remember the episode, when Momoshiro thought that Ryoma´s father was an...well...abusive.-Full Metal Alchemist, dont remember the episode, when Roy finds out that Riza have a dog...HHAA!! "A DOG, HUH? I LOVE DOGS!!!!!!!!"

Mine would either be the begining of the first Ranma 1/2 movie when every one is chasing Ranma who is chasing Happosai or when Usoop from One Piece gets hit by the spirit that makes people negative and depressed but hes already so negative it makes the spirit negative LOL. (see thriller bark saga)

I'd say Bleach~~ the part when Ichigo went to save Rukia and he was trained n found out the black cat is actually a female and then when she transformed to human form Ichigo goes all red

Hmm Lucky Stars is so retarded its funny... there r parts in Hellsing OVAs that make laugh... hmm to many to recall.Getbackers hospital episode. very memorable. the most funniest anime scene is from naruto episode 2 where naruto shows konohamaru sexy no jutsu nad uses shadow clone jutsu then sexy jutsu at ebisu and he had a weird nose bleed sooo funny

I was looking through all the comments and I just remembered that episode when I saw that you had already mentioned itthe cowboy bebop episode "mushroom samba" when ein the dog eats the crazy mushroom and goes hiccuping down the street.
.But yeah, that whole episode cracked me up. My favorite part was when Ed was testing the mushrooms, so she laid them out in the open so Faye, Jet, and Spike would come and swipe them (literally in the case of Spike).Oh, and the gang's individual reactions to the mushrooms were also priceless.Random Talking Frog: "Hey mister, this here is the stairway to heaven.
