I thought the graphics were alright considering they want to keep it pretty much the same so no one is lost. Only problem with me downloading the Pokemon Pearl and Diamond rom is that I won't be able to battle or trade anyone. I do have a question though...If I continue playing on my emulator and then later get a DS then buy a flashcart would I be able to take what I've done on the emulator and transfer it to the flashcart and play it on my actual DS as well???

You have to go to the underground and "talk to 32 people".You can also just talk to a person go back up and then go back down and talk to the person and so on 32 times. You also need to have put an Odd Keystone in the Hallowed Tower [South of the town where the daycare is]

The official pokemon site has some screens. I'm disappointed to say, the graphics at first glance look only marginally better than the GBA games (which themselves were only marginally better than the GBC games). Theres a new 3Dish viewpoint which looks sort of neat, but from what i can see it still uses small crappy sprites on a system capable of far more, and most dissapponting, the battles, from what i can gather from the screens (this mightn't be 100% certain but it looks that way), look to have no pokemon animations. Now IF this is the case, which i am inclined to believe it is, this is very disappointing. If anyone thinks of the excuse of cart space, don't bother. N64 Pokemon games had full 3d pokemon animations, on less cart space than a DS game. Golden Sun, a launch GBA game, is looking like having better graphics than a DS game due in the third wave of big titles. All that being said, the game still sounds awesome and I will buy it, but I fail to see why Pokemon consistently lags behind the rest of the gaming universe in technology. I bet they still use the same crappy pokemon noises from pkmn red...

ya, I just downloaded it a few weeks ago(it's a rom). It's a must play game, I really like the new world map and its new pokemon, it's very fun and adventurious....

My girlfiend loved Pokemon Sapphire, so much infact she figured out the "3 dots open 6 doors riddle" and even managed to use her save game between Pokemon Sapphire and Pokemon Ruby. OK.

I do not really agree that pokemon diamond and pearl are really that bad, as there are new features that make the game more fun, like getting the national dex is much easier as you only need to see the pokemon to include it in your pokedexi think the best site to go to to find pokemon is serebii.net as it even ranks the pokemon out according to their statsI just love Lucario as it is so strong

I agree with the Lucario part. I already learnt it Dragon pulse on lvl 47. I already know much about pokemon now, how to get like about 30 master balls without cheating. By doing that, its by lottery.

Yes, getting the lg amounts of masterballs is easy.Coming from an Online Pokemon League (thats the name, too) i would have to say that if you want to know something about pokemon, just PM me! And if i dont know it, i shall ask some of my buddies on that site i was talking about (dont worry... i wont advertise the link :x)<_<

lucario is the most overrated pokemon of all time. ever. one fire move and its done. charizard pwns it, as it does most things hahaha. these are great games, cant wait to download it

Ah it's been a while. I restarted playing a while ago but now I'm back to Pokemon. My team is pretty good, beat quite alot of people on Wifi.

Yeah, without wifi this game isn't nearly as fun.It's really interesting to set up guidelines with your friends on the tournaments you get into, setting up certain matchups, like psychic vs rock, at equal level, just to see if you can find an overly strong monster.Then there's the high level battles...those are interesting.

I think that the graphics are pretty good in d/p but pokemon battle revolution has a lot better graphics.CHEATER!!! its impossible to get all the pokemon.

No it isnt... GTS. Global Trade Station.. You CAN get all the Pokémon. Make sure you at least know before you start a arguement. If you have 2 DS's then yes. It's kinda obvious since it uses wifi.
