I've been obsessing ever since they were announced for a Japanese release. I can't wait for them to hit stores in the US. I'm a Pokemon addict. I think all the new features are gonna make the games even better than the past games (at least, one would hope so). I've heard all sorts of things about the games. I love the new Pokemon. And the way that the Pokemon are going to have slightly different sprites for the male and female versions. That is way neat.

It's supposed to come out in the US early 2007 I believe. The best part is its capability with so many games. It can tranfser Pokemon from the 3rd Generation game. It can connect to the Pokemon Ranger game. I also heard it can connect to the new Pokemon game for Wii.

I saw the three starters for this game and i have to say that i think that they look kinda weird. Like the fire type is some weird monkey thing, the water type looks like some kinda penguin and the grass type is like some kinda turtle. When i get this game im gonna get the water type because penguins are awesome.

Another game I'm looking forward to... too bad the Japanese version isn't coming out for a while ~ I wonder how much Kanji they've got in it. I'm learning Japanese this semester in college, so that would be interesting to look at... Probably going to look forward to this game more than any other game on the DS, yet. *shrug* I'm in college and still looking forward to Pokemon, what happened? xP I thought the Pokemon fad kinda faded away. I guess I was wrong. I'm definitely picking the Penguin one. Penguins are awesome - and I usually don't pick grass starters, and that fire-monkey... just looks strange.

I went through 2 semesters of japanese, and a month in japan. I still couldn't figure out rockman zx or FF3(ds). Pokemon isn't a fad. It's just a really great rpg disguised in a kiddie format. Yeah, the show is for kids, but the game? Come on. Clean graphics, fitting music, replayability, multiplayability(so not a word)... it's one of the best games ever and people refuse it because the pokemon are cute. I hope there is a good enough DS emulator when the pokemon diamond and pearl are out. if not, i am going to miss it and lost my pokemon series collection.

I'd be lying if I said I didnt feel a little stupid when I played the game for the first time. But its really good, it just looks childish thats all.
