Yes, it's the same routine over and over. But that's the game for you. There are worse/milked games out there to complain about then Pokemon.

They never came out.Ruby is out. Pearl isn't. Pearl will be out at around March.Ranger can link with them only to give Manaphy's egg.

Pearl [and/or Diamond] will be out in March? Everywhere I look the release date says "2007". Where'd you find that?

They said spring 2007. MULTIPLE times.I assumed it is AROUND March 2007 - Most likely date.

You think Diamond and Pearl are that good?I hope to see an enhanced, extended port of Pokémon Gold and Silver for the DS. They would be called Pokémon Amber Sky (with Ho-Oh on the cover) and Pokémon Turquoise Sea (with Lugia on the cover).

Pokeyman Diamond and Pearl have released in Japan, yes, and some people in the US were smart enough to import the japanese version. I'll wait til the US date.

"That" good? I'd give them around a 8.2/10. Japanese or not.Yes, they are quite good - As long as you don't spoil yourself, and only for one time.Iv'e said it before - I restarted it 3 times, and it's EXTREMELY boring, after you beat the League, unless you got Wifi. And playing it again isn't that fun, too.A G/S remake is really wanted.. they may do it. I just hope they make it a HUGE game, adding Shinou or Hoenn or both.Heck, I'd buy that for 100$.

The New pokemon looks promising. I love the new features they added. An extended versionof G/S would be nice, but they should stop with the re-makes there. Eventually they'll remake Ruby/sapphire, the Diamond/Pearl, ect...ect...

Stop with the remakes? They only made two. And that was for Pokedex completion.

Name: Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon PearlGenre: RPGRelease dates: Japan 09/28/2006, US unknown, EU unknownDevelopper: Game FreakCompany: Nintendo__________If you've been around to IGN or Gamespot in the last day or so you would have heard some new info about diamond and pearl. The official pokemon site has some screens. I'm disappointed to say, the graphics at first glance look only marginally better than the GBA games (which themselves were only marginally better than the GBC games). Theres a new 3Dish viewpoint which looks sort of neat, but from what i can see it still uses small crappy sprites on a system capable of far more, and most dissapponting, the battles, from what i can gather from the screens (this mightn't be 100% certain but it looks that way), look to have no pokemon animations. Now IF this is the case, which i am inclined to believe it is, this is very disappointing. If anyone thinks of the excuse of cart space, don't bother. N64 Pokemon games had full 3d pokemon animations, on less cart space than a DS game. Golden Sun, a launch GBA game, is looking like having better graphics than a DS game due in the third wave of big titles. All that being said, the game still sounds awesome and I will buy it, but I fail to see why Pokemon consistently lags behind the rest of the gaming universe in technology. I bet they still use the same crappy pokemon noises from pkmn red...

hey does anyone know when pokemon pearl and ruby are coming out in the US?and also how does pokemon ranger link with the pearl and ruby games?

It's not pearl and ruby.ruby's out.Just to let you know it's diamond and pearl.

most people enjoy the repetitive game play, but i don't think i would embark on this Pokemon adventure if it were not for the fact i can trade over my leaf green pokes.

I can't wait for it to be released in the US, but first I still have to get a Nintendo DS. lol. I like how you'll be able to tell the difference between male and female pokemon.

pokemon was good for a long time when i was younger, but it's kind of getting old. Pokemon battle with friends are the best though, i still remember the battle I had with a party of mewtwo, zaptos and articuno. Ahh, the good old days

First off: Go Pokemon!Secondly: I am a almost fanatical fan of Pokemon and have been since they were first released in Australia, so as long as Nintendo keep making games, I will keep buying them.Thirdly: Pokemon games are not for everybody, some people don't appreciate the strategy, some don't appreciate the skill it takes to fully complete a pokedex, and some just plain don't like the games. I know a few of those people, I pity them, but I leave them alone.
