i would definitly pick carbuncle, his reflect either gets dipeled, oryou get hit with aphysical attack, his best ability is taking a hit for me.

I 100% agree with this one. Whats the point of hades if it never does anything, or for that matter summoning a Chocobo...I think it's Hades(FF7)It never change enemies status!Also(for the second place)I think on Chocobo Summon from FF IV Advance(Rydia uses it)It do minimun damage and the annimation was very bad

FF7 knights of the round. Was awesome to watch the first couple times though but took too long and couldnt skip. But then again, I could go eat, sleep, and poop then afterwards it would be almost done

By what standards do we have to judge the Summons?If by the coolness of the act of being summoned (entrance and any other blahs before the actual attack), most of the early Summons in FF VII weren't very interesting to see.If by the usefulness or damage, I'd say Diablos was pretty weak. Not very useful in enemies that require the most beating (read: Bosses). Titan (or the Brothers) too would be a nominee for it can't even damage flying enemies. Ugh.

ChocoMog and Titan were pretty much the worst summons, Honestly. They were weak and Titan was creepy

I can't stand Typhoon, from FFVII. The best summons are from FFVIII. Including Carbuncle.

The worst summon (in my opinion anyway) is definatly Bismark from Final Fantasy VI.....he's a whale, Ooo how mystical, a friggin whale 
and he only taught low level spells and gave no level up bonus.

In My opinion it would half to be odin from ff7, you'd summon him and he'd whip out his iron sword and I would think hooray instant death, but, half the time he'd miss all the monsters and anger would ensue, damn useless zantetsuken

Hahaha, agreed. I never used Siren, she was hardly useful and I was not the type to be overly interested in putting my enemies in some sort of status defect. I also didn't like a couple summons (I don't know what they were called exactly) from FFvi. There seemed to be a lot of summons in that game, not all were very useful. :\Siren from FF8.I dunno. Her summon just seemed rather boring and uninteresting.

das gotta b choco mog that was horrible and it didnt make dat much sense i thought the enemy gets hurt but the mog is dazed in the end and den u see the enemy hurt

I gotta say odin looks cool but only ever works on characters weaker than you so there is no need to use it any way so it is the waste of time summon
