only ones i know of are wario ware touched and brain age, though i got quite light headed after theone section in wario ware...

You can use the mic in Pokemon D/P to make Chatot say something with his special move (forgot what it's called)In Ninja Gaiden you got to yell into the mike, blowing doesn't usually work, and I look like an idiot whenever I do do that so I don't like playing it around people

The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass does. I found out the hard way. After i finished the first couple of dungeons, i couldn't continue the game any further until i got a mic.Also Resident Evil DS. You can use the mic to blow out candles and zombie blood and stuff. It's really neat

pokemon diamons/pearl use it in the under ground for a few of the traps and zelda uses it to push your boat

I think Mario Party does. It's kind of aggravating to use the mic sometimes because it doesn't pick up the sound...

mic usage is fun. i liked how you had to do some crazy things with the make to solve puzzles in phantom hourglass.and all the forensic minigames in apollo justice were a blast...especially fingerprinting. it kinda made you actually feel like you were doing real forensic work ^^

There's Pokemon Diamond and Peral. I know those use a headset, so I'd assume they use the mic. Also, there's this one game from Disney that you use the mic to uncover fossils, I forgot it's name, but it's like a rip-off of Pokemon.

In "The World Ends With You" Neku has few pins that are used by shouting in the mic. I usually only scratch the mic to do the job, it feels embarrasing to shout at your console... :]
