I'd still advise you on getting a cube. There is no way in hell that this game will look like it's gc counterpart. The little cube has some great power. The ps2 won't be able to handle all of it and will be downgraded

I know the GC version is gonna be technically better but I just can't stand to play RE with its controller. I still like my PS2 better than any console, which it's sad since I one of those many people that started to play video games with Nintendo.

Actually i suggest you try out Code Veronica to get in some old-school action.Only 20 bucks. RE4 will play completely differently then the other 4. I imported the demo and i say it is truly a new experience. A must grab, at least for the cube.

I have resident evil 2 but i dont think i would get RE4 because i dont realy like scary games because you buy a game to entertain you not to scare the c :censored: p out of you

you should try RE3 Nemesis the SCARIEST version i've EVER played Nemisis will scare the $^&*) out of you everytime you here him say S.T.A.R.S.(Special Tactics and Rescue Squad) i learned to run like hell whenever i here that :Pi'm SOOOOOOOOOO glad it's not coming to X-box it doesn't deserve it and it wouldn't make sense for them to start the Franchise nowhave never played Resident Evil but I would wish to try I should start with this?

Yea if it went to x-box that would totally blow, and i agree the nemisis has to be one of the scariest characters ever, i beat all the RE's except outbreak, **** that game i quit on the 4th level when the tyrant came out of no where and punched me in the face... d**k

I've got RE1,2,3,CV:X and OutbreakPlayed on one of the shooting games cant remember which one (its on PS2) it has a eyeball on the front with a target in the middle

I'll be waiting for RE 4 to return to it's only real home the PS2. About time Capcom pulled their heads out of their asses and saw the light of PS2 compared to the black hole that's GC.

Not that greatFact: THe Ps2 will in no way run RE4 as well as the GC. Hell, RE4 is the best looking game out there. Only Ninja Gaiden comes close. Just look at MGS3. It's a great looking game, but in no ways does is it match up to RE4. MGS3 doesn't even run at a consistent rate, adn that was built ground up for the ps2. Dun really care even if the graphic would be tone down, as far as I'm concern PS2 graphic would still be nice and who knows what capcom can do with it since it's still long way to go. As long as the gameplay is great I couldn't ask for more. I do hope they add something for the ps2 version

i have to agree. the ps2 is top of the line with x-box. i own the game cube and its graphics suck donkey compared to the ps2. ive grown up using the ps1/2 for my resident evil games and i want to keep it that way.RE 4 is better on GC?
