i agree, FFX has a whole lot better of a story then FFX-2.First of all wrong forum. This is the anime forum and I'm pretty sure those games are not anime. Anyway I'll say FFX is better. The story was better than FFX-2 and there were a lot more things to do in the game. However that doesn't mean I don't enjoy FFX-2 either. Its a good game in its own right.

FFX had a better storyline than FFX-2.I liked the battle system in both FFX and FFX-2, and I also liked the idea of aeons in FFX and dress spheres in FFX-2.
Mission accomplished.

I like FFX better than FFX-2. I was heavily dissapointed. Every character can be the same (this is true for FFX but it takes so much longer). The freedom causes more headaches than pleasure and the plot is weak. I was anxious to finish FFX ... I just let FFX-2 sit to collect dust

They're both good games, but I would say that FFX was a better game.FFX was longer and had a better storyline. FFX-2's story was somewhat lacking something, but the gameplay was really good. Especially the battle system.

i personaly liked X-2 better and its not because it has Rikku in a skimpy outfit either (or is it :sshh: ) i liked the story and there was a lot more to do then in the first one.

Personally I like FFX better because its harder than FFX-2 and the story is longer..but thats just my opinion..and FFX-2 is too easy..

FFX > FFX-2FFX was just all around better IMO... the only reason why i play'd X-2 cause ima FF fanboy and i play everything they put out... but it was by no means a horrable game.. just if i were to compare them.. FFX pwns it B)

Yeah I'm for FFX over the sequel as well (which I'm currently playing now).The thing I hate most about FFX-2 is Shinra. The c##ksukker wouldn't hand over the dressphere!! That pissed me off. He's gay, that's why. And I could never beat him at that damn coin game. ><
