it probably had one of those endings just to leave people wanting to know what happensThe Halo universe will draw people to it no matter what. Plus Halo 2 had one of those endings that doesn't really end much.

dude, fogive me if i call you a COMPLETE douchebag, but halo rocked, it set the bar waay high in graphics physics, and overall game play in FPS's to come. and on your little comment on halo 2's grenade bounce, hey dude........a 5 pound hunk of metal filled with explosives doesnt bounce, if anything they made the physics MORE realistic. as for halo 3......heheheh being a die hard halo fan, ITS GOING TO ROCK, OMGSTFU!Halo was a terrible FPS. It was just a cult favorite. Don't get me wrong. I love ramping a warthog off a warthog and defying gravity just as much as anyone else. I just think Halo gets too much credit. My favorite feature of Halo was the soundtrack.Halo 2 was great. The story wasn't very long, but it was somewhat interesting. The plot had some twists and turns. The music was even better this time around, and the use of surround sound even won the game an award for best audio. The gameplay was vastly imploved. No longer could a warthog mean instant death just by budging into you. Now, you could steal an occupied vehicle and blow it up so nobody else could use it. The multiplayer modes improved greatly in this game, but the infinite grenades option went byebye. The grenade physics have become worse, too. Throw the grenade straight down. It won't bounce. The graphics were a trade-off of sorts. Halo had average quality graphics. Halo 2 sacrificed clean graphics for more detail. I prefer my graphics to be clean, but Halo 2 certainly looked amazing at times.I don't expect too much from Halo 3. I expect slightly improved graphics, more HD support (even though I don't have a HDTV), more usable vehicles, the return of infinite grenades in multiplayer (without using a trainer or some other kind of cheat), and a slightly more exciting story. The swords should be improved, too. The music is fine even if it rehashs Halo 2. I just hope there will be more multiplayer stuff. Give me NPC options in multiplayer, Bungie! When Halo 3 comes out, I'm not getting it, because I won't have the console, but my friend, Reid, has a 360 and will get the game, so I'll play his copy.
