i dont think theres any possibility of halo 3 being bad. It just cant be. the fact that halo 2 online was awesome, but clearly needed room for improvement, means that halo 3 can deffo explore that realm beyond. There should be a few surprises i cant wait to see and play with against people online.

It's great but I am sad because I don't own Xbox360. But Halo 3?! What about Counterstrike and Team Fortress? They should duel with this game, all right. It's a problem without the multiplayer contender.

I read an article recently and apparently, Bungie admitted that they "screwed up" with Halo 2. They intend to make up for it with Halo 3.

With all the criticism that comes from Halo 2 I don't think they can mess up Halo 3. Bungie takes to heart what they're players say about their games and does what they can to improve. I expect Halo 3 to combine the best elements of both games and more. Even if the game is a flop I doubt you'll be able to prevent me from buying it.

I think iv bin a lerker on this sight for way to long, and its about time i put my opinon in on this, as far as hallo goes number 1 was the best in terms of story, it just had more to it, and 2 was abit of a failure when it comes to story, but the online play was fun, but there where to menny gliches that people would abouse to no end, in witch im hoping to see an improvement in both story as well as online play, and hopfully less gliches, as for teh grafics i think there goin to be prity good, so im looking forwerd to play it, only if there are less gliches to be abused X_X.

Question, why is the word Halo getting highlighted like crazy? What is the point.Anyway, I think that games like Rainbow Six Vegas, GRAW2, and Gears of War are very good games that could contend with Halo if they hadA) More history in the series.and/orB) No horrible games within the series as wellThat is where Halo stands out. i had the first halo when the x-box came out then i also got halo 2 when it cvame out and i loved them both i think halo 3 looks very promising ill but when i comes out 360 or no 360.

I seriously hope they don't pull a Halo 2. New guns, vehicles, covenant, and levels, whoop de doo. Seriously, I want some new gameplay. I especially want the Mjolnir armor to actually have some more effect. Billions of dollars of research, and it... has a shield the equivalent of an Elite, and a... flashlight. There are so many things done by the Spartans in the books that I'd love to have in-game. Thermal vision, cameras attached to robotic tentacles, super strength... I want to throw Grunts at people!

I want to kick some Grunt backside - don't really care how or why or even when but it must be shiny and it must have warthogs. On a more serious note, I do hope they manage to cram some hints towards the film into it. Also I plan to buy the special edition and I'd love to benefit somehow ... but probably won't. You did get an insight into the game in Halo 2's special edition but it doesn't hurt gameplay if you've not read it.I guess we'll find out soon. Bring on the Grunts!
