halo 3 did look good, but nothing will replace the huge part of my heart... for halo 2 (skrew halo 1, that game sucks compared 2 2)

I'm not going to say anything, but I LOVED Halo 1. So don't tick me off about it. The only reason you think it sucks is because the graphics weren't as good as Halo 2. Which is obvious because it was the first, older game, and if it hasn't already occurred to you, if there was no Halo 1, there would be no Halo 2 or Halo 3.So, think about it. If Halo 1 REALLY sucked, and nobody bought it, would Halo 2 and Halo 3 be made?

Logic for the great win.I'm not really that much of a Halo fan, but it seems rather interesting. Too bad that I don't have the 360. Guess my friends will be having a bum coming over from time to time after the release.

HAlo 3 is gonna be sweet, why?? Because if your a true halo fan, you'll know that the campaign mode is boring, easy, and even more boring since youve beaten it already. Halo is all about the multiplayer, cause its more challenging, sometimes scary if you watch you radar, fun cus its with other people and friends. And besides, if Bungie's smart enough, they'll put back the mass army fights that were in the first halo game..... and some sweet new vehicles, oh yeah, and whole lot of awesome shooting fun!!!!! I mean cmon, yuou dont have to really think about your moves in the halo games, you just have to shoot to kill, and savor the yell s of the elites going ARRGGGHHH!! Cause you want to kill em again, and again, again....

It's looking to be a complicated game. The plot involves the take over of Earth, a Forerunner building (the Ark) being located in the African Desert, it's gunna be intense.Multieplayer had better have transport vehicles, with 50 people per game that would mean an even 25 vs 25 on a standard Red vs Blue game, that's gunna be hell with out massive methods of transportation.

Bungie looks like they're improving the series. The game sounds like it's shaping up to what Halo and Halo 2 should have been, which is good for everyone. It'll probably be the best Halo game yet, hopefully.

i love the halo universe, so if this game does stink, ill be one of thous ppl still playing no matter what. even thou i dont own a 360, and proberly wont for at lest a couple of years, if not ever. ill find a way

Halo 2 rocks, stop your bitching. It is an awesome game, if its below your expectations then your expectations are far far too high. A cliffhanger ending doesn't ruin an entire game. I expect Halo 3 will also be awesome, and I will probably buy a 360 for it.

I had never even heard of the Halo series until I got an XBox & Halo 2 for my Birthday last year. I had no expectations. It was lackluster in campaign, multiplayer is mediocre at best. It's too arcadey for me. Requires just run & gun, and I hate that.Halo 2 rocks, stop your bitching. It is an awesome game, if its below your expectations then your expectations are far far too high. It may. With the way the PS3 is looking, Halo 3 might not be the best game ever, but I bet a lot of people will have to deal with it.

The way PS3 is looking Halo 3 will be revealed as the god who created the cosmos. They go around spouting that its better than the 360 yet the launch titles look nowhere near as good as 360s second wave of games. Independant testers, game websites and others that compare the specs say they are the same in power, just have different ways of achieving it. The only reason ps3 is $200 more expensive is blu-ray. Who has a 1080p television anyway.
