Any of the original 8-bit Megaman games. I just started playing them again, and now my skills fall into the suck category. Too much Gears of war 3d playing. I need to sharpen the 2d skills

I agree with Battle Toads. I got to the last stage, or something, and I remember breaking a controller from the insane difficulty. Memorizing the auto-scrolling levels? What's that about? Megaman for NES is another. Games now are WAAAYYY too easy.Battletoads.Seriously, I've never been able to beat it. Ever.And what makes me mad are the videos of guys beating the game in like, 26 minutes or something ridiculous like that.

i havnt had trouble with many games befor But i sapose the game i had the most trouble with is probly fire emblem seisen no keifu (mainly cus its not fully traslated ><

It's a toss up between Dodonpachi: Dai-ou-jou or Mushihimesama in Ultra Mode. Just google them and be amazed. They are just too intense for the Western World.

Nethack (for any computer). Hands-down hardest game I've ever played. Then, maybe Ikaruga for the Gamecube.

I would have to say that Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is the hardest game I've played in awhile. But then, I haven't been playing much recently.

Soul Calibur 3 , the soul arena thingy , damn those are some hard challenges ^^also Guitar Hero 2 on Expert is pretty hard..but that's only about technique , have to practice!!and not to be forgotten , the Spiderman VS X-men game for the SNES, the Juggernaut just is impossible

True, true.But the most frustrating game for me was Jak 2. Some of the missions just made me literally throw my controller somewhere. That one mission were they'll be sending endless waves of Krimzon Guards and relative to your HP and ammo? Jesus.Valkyrie profile 2 /3x-10x repeat gives extra difficulty try it...
Also those racing missions were f***ing hard, lack of control on the vehicle + computer players bumping you making you lose control just pissed me off big-time. But the Jak series is one of my faves.

maany FFs but mainly ff3 cuz when you finally coulld kill the little monsters and finishing your supplies, the boss was, much tougher
