Yea i definitely agree about the doomsit even warns you in doom II that its pretty much impossible when you select nightmare mode

Batman & Robin, Super Ghouls & Ghosts, Battletoads, DOOM I & II, and that Hardest Mario Game(pain though it was only 4 stages) EVER.

E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial for Atari 2600 was just one of them for me. I only tried it once, but after several minutes I literally gave up on the whole thing and haven't tried it again since.

The first ever Rayman game for PS1, levels like the one with the extremely hard jumps with pencils sticking down from the ceiling and the floor and you have to jump through the middle by bouncing on the trampolines. Hard.

a really really old mickey mouse adventure game on ps1, i had it on easiest with handicap and still couldnt get past the first level it was munted!!!

Dragon Quest 8, i got the game about a year or two ago, and i come back to it once in a while. I've spent a considerable amount of time on it and still have not managed to finish it yet.
