The game i thought was hardest to play was FFXI a.k.a Final Fantasy 11 which i thought was the hardest thing ever cause it took forever to level, get money, get good gear, make friends cause all of them on there are sarcastic peoples.wait scratch that last post of mine GH3 Through the Fire and Flames on expert is a game in itself because thats thing just made me want to shoot my 360

Personally i think Fire Emblem 6 Sword of Seals was pretty dang hard,easily the hardest game i ever played. mostly because the RNG would screw you over whether your getting a level and getting crappy stats or trying to get a crit on someone, it just gives you Zero slack y'know? 
also the way the battles match up in the arena suck too. i was playing as Dieck and getting him to be a hero,and i was arena abusing(cuz it was there,i mean why not use it ?)but nearly every match up i had to fight either a wyvern lord,or a falcoknight,or anybody with a lance basically,and swords suck against lances. so im missing most of the time and taking 11 damage here a crit there,and before i know it im dead. then i have to restart the level again. and.....jeeze was that a hard game!

its and old one. but Rogue was utter hell. could never get past lv7!but if you don't count obscure games. God of war: chain of olympus on god mode.. waa!

^Meh, SCIV is a bit cheap, but it's much easier than the NES ones.Super Ghosts 'n' Ghouls, I guess. Not that hard after practice, though.

It's actually impossible. The arcade version at least goes to a level that you can't do well enough to finish before the time runs out.Never beaten a Ninja Gaiden game, old or new.Or Double Dragon either.And Battletoads level 3 was the worst.Donkey Kong for the NES

I've played quite a few difficult games over the years. But the hardest one for me would have to be Ninja Gaiden, the first one. It gets pretty insane at some parts, and it took me 3 days to beat the tutorial.

Every game on the hardest difficulty. But I had sort of a struggle on G.R.A.W. On the the orignal X-Box, but later on in life I gained more experince in shooting games and I came back, turned the X-Box on and destroyed it. Soo easy, except the last part had a little above average shooters.

Zarlor Mercenaries for Lynx. I never actually finished it once.I swear, if you wanna get frustrated, play this game for a full 5 hours, you'll never get past 3rd level.
Eating from the floor is like standing on the dinner table, you can do it, but it wouldn't make sense.

Prince of Persia : The Two ThronesMetroid Prime 2 Echoes.For The Two Thrones, I couldn't even take out the first boss because of the stupid speed kill that you had to do. I could never pull off the final hit. For Echoes, I couldn't beat the Emperor Ing.
