theres an awesome RPG called project exile coming out only problem is they need to find a publisher (but i apparantly alot of publishers are interested so it'll more than likely be released).

Lost Magic for me is the best rpg for DS because the others aren't a lot, only in japanese but hey even a rpg addicted won't play japanese stuff..

Lost magic looks fine, but the gameplay kinda confused me at one point...FF3 oughta be good... I wanna check that out.

DS rpgs that don't yet exist but we need: a Fire Emblem one and a Golden Sun one. Some of the greatest RPGs ever. The DS so far has some decent rpgs, Phoenix Wright, Ace Attourny, don't be fooled, it's really a exciting, engrossing, and all around fun game.

i have played mario and luigi: partners in time only. at first i thought it was some kinda childish rpg but after playing a while, it's quite entertaining.

I actually own lost magic(this was before i got the M3). I didn't like it that much. As far as the meager selection of DS games go, it's a decent RPG. But as far as the RPG Genre goes, it's weak. Very very weak.

I love Lost Magic, and I too find it tough at times, but it lets you decided your strengths so imo it is a solid first round rpg, and yes ff3 will be great so your call whether you wait or get it now.

I didn't like Lunar: Dragon Song. It took forever to walk anywhere and sprinting drains your health. Pretty lame in my opinion.Children of Mana and Final Fantasy 3 look really good though.

I've heard Trace Memory is good, with its bad points, but I've heard mixed things about Lost Magic: it gets terrible reviews in magazines, but everyone seems to like it. I myself plan on playing it, just to see and form my own opinion.

I havent played any for the DS except Phoenix Wright.....Which I think qualifies as an RPG anyway. That one where you have to draw the spells yourself looks pretty awesome though.
