Lost Magic is a good one. Lost in Blue is mediocre, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time is good. Lunar Dragon song is an rpg, but I've never played it. And get Final Fantasy III the instant it comes out. It's gonna be great.

I heard that Lost Magic wasn't a very good game, because you need to configure your team specifically for the enemies you are going to go up against, otherwise you loose. And you can't predict what enemies will come from a random battles

well, RPG does stand for Role Playing Game so I guess Animal Crossing can count... but I like Lost Magic... though defeating the Black Dragon (and capturing one) before time is up is VERY hard :/

I haven't found a good one other than Mario & Luigi Partners in Time and Animal Crossing, but if I could choose a game to have a version for the DS it would be Star Ocean all the way!(note: Star Ocean is currently on the Super Famicom(Jap), Gameboy Color(Jap), Playstation, and Playstation 2, the Games being Fantastic Space Odyssey(1), Blue Sphere(3), The Second Story(2), and Till the End of Time(4) respectively according to their platforms. Chronologically the games came in this order: 1>2>3>4.)

Lost magic is great but theres a lot more action involved and you have to move around a lot to avoid getting hit by the monsters. Then you have to draw out the magic spell as fast and accurate as possible to cast it which is a lot of fun and very innovative. If you like the Lunar series, you could try Lunar Dragon Song which isn't all that bad either.

If you are looking for a fun and cute one, get Mario and Luigi Partner in Time. It's really a fun RPG game.

I would say best thing to do for RPGs is to dig through the GBA games....FF1 and 4 are good. I tried Deep Labryinth...but I am not too crazy about it....but when FF3 hits...oh wow. They really did a god touchup job on it.
