Next week we will finally get a good RPG for the DS, FF III. The other's that have come out are good but they just don't seem as good as FF III will be.

pokemon d/p looks awesom, my friend imported it and it looks even better on the ds than it did in all the previews and pictures ive seen, i've always thought that pokemon games were great as far as rpgs go..but d/p r gonna blow all the previous games out of the water

Pokemon d/p or FF3, but as FF3's English version had come out alr, so I think that one wil be better if u cannot go pass the Japanese Barrier, if u can, I will suggest Phoenix Wright: All for Justice as well...

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but "Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time" is a pretty decent game. It has a turn-based RPG system, but that's about as RPG as it gets. It makes up for this, though, in sheer hilariousness. It's had me laughing hysterically more than a couple o' times.

Lunar: Dragon Song Is Ok.. But the battle system is dissapointing (cant actually pick what monster you attack...G-Hey) Mario and luigi: partners in time was great, and ff3 looks like it shall be awesome

i hated lost magic because it was such a ripoff of tao(which was a sweet game0 but tao was a remake of an old text based rpg which ive played and it was hard. mario and luigi was fun and interesting. children of mana is pretty good and lunar was a huge let down and pretty much killed off the series good rep and last but definatly not least ff3 is a sweet game.
