Personally I've played every pokemon series on the GBA and I've gotta say they recycle like almost everything but still keep it addictive somehow... Its a great franchise though considering how much $$ they've gained

lol as much as i'd like to say i DON'T, i sometimes play it for a couple of min occasionally when I get tired of studying! Personally I've played every pokemon series on the GBA and I've gotta say they recycle like almost everything but still keep it addictive somehow... I kind of play it, just occasionally, still trying to figure out how to beat emerald >_>... kids here thinks its REALLY kiddish or something... i started even earlier than that i think when i was 3 or 4... lol
ah don't worry about itHeh...I started Blue Version when I was 6 or 7. I'm still playing it even in high school. >.> Does that make me an addict? T.T

i also think that nowadays, lots of people are going back to pokemon because of diamond and pearl. if diamond and pearl was never released, then pokemon would be out of business

true, it's not like anything UNBELIEVABLY DIFFERENT happens. you still can't go to every previous region you've ever been to(gold, silver, and crystal were the only 3 games), there's always gonna be new pokemon and no one, at least not me, enjoys adding pokemon to their pokedex.I do but I agree that the franchize is getting kindof tired. mabye it really is just a kids thing....
