Um, the mine that sg1 + jacob set to hit apophis' ship hit it, and apophis thought heru-ur was attacking.however, apophis had 10 cloaked ships, so he obliterated heru-ur.

First they reprogramed a mine. I think they wanted to teleport the mine inside Apophis ship, but it failed. So a Tok'ra actived a beacon or something similar from inside Apophis ship, and it actually attracted the mine.

Nah, the plan was always for the tok'ra operative to attract the mine. Thats why they had to reprogram the mine, so that it would lock on to the frequency of the beacon set by the operative.

Morgan eventually found the Sangraal and hid it on a planet where it would be safe from both the Ori and the Ancients. The planet in question was undetectable from space, and an Orici's powers were rendered useless on the surface. The Sangraal itself was protected by several Ancient riddles and challenges. However, in actuallity, she put Merlin in statis to wait for the one day when he will build the device.
