MM is harder due to the time limit, but i like it for the masks masks are fun. (put on fierce diety mask and slaughters everyone)

I liked the unique style of Majora's Mask...but as far as the entire package is concerned, I'd have to say Ocarina of Time is the better game. And Majora didn't have anywhere near the hype that OoT did. I remember all the kids talking about that on the bus, at school...etc. It was Zelda mania then.

Ocarina of time is a lot better because it has a lot of replay value, and you don't have to go around collecting masks. <_<

i like MM cuz you can change into other types of people. (ZORAS RULE) but yeah the time limit does stink.

OoT, but I really liked Majora's Mask aswell unlike many others who think it is the worse Zelda. That title goes to Zelda 2.

I liked' em both but i prefer OOT just cause its more of a challenge and the bosses are cooler. (i think bosses are one of the most important parts of a game.)

Def orcarina of time, the mask game, was not very good, it was a turn for the worst by nintendo. Gamecube is a kids playground and nintendo used to have some sick titles, to bad they lost square soft (final fantasy) because they wouldn't trade cartridges to disks

This question shouldn't need to be asked. Ocarina of Time was a much better and more thoughtout game... it's almost like Majora's Mask was made really quick and stuck in there to get more money from Zelda fans.Edit: on a plus aspect to LoZ:MM, I thought the passage of time and the days thing was a really cool idea.

An very fun and debateable topic at the very least. I would have to say that while OoT defined how Zelda games are played in 3D, MM is just an overall better experience. It's the darkest Zelda game yet, and takes everything the original had, ups the diffilculty, adds in the transforming masks, and the story is much more enjoyable than OoT. Most people would say OoT because it was the first 3D Zelda. But I say this. Would you still like OoT more than MM if MM came out first? I want you to seriously think about that. Also, the guy who said MM sucked because ot the time limit and because you could be an adult Link, get a life and better taste in games. =P It's a game that takes a while to get into but is better than OoT in every way. Plus it has a final boss worth calling a final boss. =)

Is it just me, or are the graphics more high poly on Majora's Mask?Well, i ended OoT and played bits of MM, and the two are basically the same on gameplay, but i keep on with Ocarina of Time because of the story (found the plot twists better than Majora's Mask's ones) and because of the fact that i was almost everytime lost in Majora's Mask, since the game give little information on where to go.
