soul caliber it actually sorta has a story line, there's more characters cooler moves and you can actually have a story mode which i think is awseme cause you can unlock all their weapons and costumes something tekken doesn't have.

i never play the virtual fighter before so i will stick to soul calibur.It is nice to play and the moveset nice to see.

I've played all the games of the topic and i prefer tekken for many reasons:- it's easier to make combos- an average player can easily win so we can battle with many people (instead of dead or alive or virtua fighter)- the characters are so charismatic!

Soul Calibur is better because I like the characters and the story better then Tekken and Virtual fighter.

Sorry all you Tekken fans but Virtua fighter was the first and is still the most complex fighting game out there.not for first timers who just want to play a game against a veteran, but for those who look for mastery, this is the game.

Soul calibur for multiple weapons and charcters. The story is also a bit interesting.

My favorite fighting game would have to be Tekken. Even though the moves are kind of complicated, it gives you a feeling of satisfaction when you complete them successfully.

For me, it's a toss up between Tekken and Soul Calibur, Tekken has a great storyline, however Soul Calibur has an awesome weapons system. I cant decide!!!

Soul Calibur 3. The storys are nice, the characters are excellent. The character customization mode in ridiculous. The weapons, clothes, game modes are all cool. the only bad thing is the voice acting. I'd rather hear them in japanese.
